Foresight is a new technology that is being improved every day. Currently, we are only able to analyze PDF and Excel documents but our future versions will allow a larger number of documents. If your document is not supported, you can manually create new or update existing tenant details. Also, there is an option to use the Foresight import template.
You are able to run an endless number of scenarios on the same property with different assumption inputs. Every analysis that you run will be kept in your property file so that you are able to refer back to it.
We recognize that people like to do things their own way. That’s why we allow your reports to be downloaded in either pdf or Excel format. This allows you to utilize your existing Excel models that you have spent time creating or using the model we have created. Either way, you will no longer have to manually input the info into your Excel model as you can easily cut and paste the information from the downloaded Excel file that Foresight has provided.
